Registration is binding for the participants company as soon as Mindset has accepted the booking and sent confirmation that the participant is registered for the course. Cancellation must always be sent in writing to Mindset.
If unable to participate the booking can be transferred to another employee in the same company, after consultation with Mindset. The booking fee is non-refundable.
Mindset has the right to cancel a course, in which case any payment that has been received will be refunded. No other compensation will be paid. Mindset is a member of the Business Training Association, Utbildningsföretagens Förening.
